An experienced professional with a wealth of expertise in the recruitment industry. Currently the owner and Chief Executive Officer of London Teaching Pool Ltd; a recruitment consultancy and care provider supplying Education & Medical professionals to both public & private sectors.

Prior to this, I successfully worked for Amstrad Plc for 10 years, holding various management positions and under the guidance of a commercially savvy figure as Lord Sugar, it gave me the confidence I needed to begin my own ventures.

London Teaching Pool Ltd. (TLTP) commenced trading in April 2006 and initially concentrated its efforts on the provision of supply staff for the education sector. Encouraged by its year-on-year growth, in September 2008 TLTP Medical was launched. This is a division specialising in the supply of allied health professionals to the NHS and private sector. TLTP Medical have won a number of frameworks which has allowed us to provide staffing across the UK. Meanwhile the educational recruitment sector continues to flourish and, in a recent DfE audit, TLTP achieved 100% to retain its coveted REC Audited Award, the gold standard in safeguarding.

2019 saw the company venture into new territories; homecare. TLTP Care was born after working on several locally based care projects. We are fully accredited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC); the independent regulator of health and social care in England which further strengthens our extremely high standards of care, safeguarding and protecting those who are vulnerable.
