Hello! I'm Lisa. 

I’ve always been a people’s person so when I started working within recruitment 20 years ago, I’ve never looked back.

I introduced the medical division to TLTP in 2008 and am proud to have built it to extremely high standards and raising the bar within the medical recruitment sector.

Over the years the company has built a strong brand from a solid foundation of long-term client and candidate relationships which only continues to grow year on year.

The divisions we provide staffing for have grown into Primary Care, Nursing, AHP & HSS for various public and private hospitals and surgeries. Most recently homecare was added to our list which sits under TLTP Care.

I never like to let anyone down. It is important that I always keep to my promises, meet deadlines and deliver quality of work. These give me the motivation to put 100% in to all that I do and drive me to be the best I can be.
