I’m a highly driven recruitment specialist with over 10 years’ experience in various industries including Education, Medical and Construction. Education is where I found my fit and is a sector that continues to motivate and challenge me.

My goal is to provide the best solutions to all our clients by meeting their needs whilst placing the best candidates into the very best opportunities. I’m often out of the office meeting with clients at their schools to better understand them, their school and to build effective working relationships.

I’ve accumulated significant experience within the education recruitment sector that I now train and develop consultants to reach their full potential.

Together with the board of directors I shape the direction of the company, continuing to grow and maintain our position as a leading recruitment agency in the education sector.
